A couple of weeks ago, I picked up a pair of white linen pants and a navy top at J.Crew.  Not usually my colors, but what the heck, it’s summer.   As I opened my closet to find some accessories – scarf, jewelry, sandals, it seemed every color I tried just went together so well with the navy.  It got me thinking about how I use navy in home design and the neutrality that it brings to the room.

So, here we go – navy is my new black!  Whether it’s paired with yellow, pink, green, red, tan, orange, cream, purple and yes, white, it just seems PERFECT.  What do you think?  Seems that no matter what we pair it with it just looks crisp and fresh!
