It’s really hard for me to write a New Year’s Eve blog since I’ve never been one to go for all the “razzle dazzle” evening. New Years Eve was always a family night in our house. We would spend it with dear friends and their children and ring it in banging on pots and pans! Perhaps I never did the “adult” New Years Eve party because after our big Italian Christmas Eve, I just wanted some quiet time with friends.
Our children are grown and gone and they seem to be doing some of the same things – just spending the evening with close friends and family. Here are some ideas that would work well for those smaller celebrations, with just enough glitz to ring in the New Year!
So raise a glass and have a toast, out with the old and in with the new! Welcome 2015! Our best wishes for a year of good health and happiness to you and your family!
