Furniture Still Made in America!

Happy 4th of July!  In honor of the birth of America, we salute the furniture companies that are still proudly made in America.  The next time you need something for your home, consider a company made in America first!

Here are just a few of our favorites…

We wish you and your family a very happy Fourth!

2016 Color of the Year, Part 2: SERENITY

Pantone’s 2016 Color of the Year Part 2: Serenity.  A little bluish purple, a little smoky blue…  Depends on the day and the piece!  Here’s a few of our favorites to inspire you!

What do you think about Pantone’s color, Serenity?  Doesn’t it just go perfectly with its counterpart, Rose Quartz?

Stars & Stripes… All Year Long!

The summer days of the red, white, and blue are here!  And we are celebrating this great color palette with some fresh home decorating ideas!  Rather the “once a year, 4th of July” accessories, we’ve concentrated more on showing you ways to bring this color scheme into your house all year round.

Stars and stripes can appear on a lot more than the American flag (although we are so proud of the the stars and stripes that are there!)  Draperies, bedding, chairs, mirrors, consoles, lighting, tables… you name it, we’ve found it!  Celebrate the Fourth of July with some red, white, and blue year round!!

I love these West Elm drapes.  Perfect for a beach house or a sun porch, don’t you think?
